Turnaround time

All Palmworks jewellery is made to order, unless stated as Ready to Ship.

My current turnaround time is approximately 4-5 weeks.

If you require an item made sooner (for example, if it is a gift), please contact me on the above email address & it is likely I will be able to meet your request.

Resizing Signet Rings

If you order a signer ring to a particular size & it doesn't quite fit, I can resize it once for you - the cost for this is £10. To do this, you will need to send the item back to me via Royal Mail Special Delivery or your country equivalent, & notify me via email of the tracking number. Postage is non-refundable.

I will return it to you via the same postage method.

Please note that only signet rings Purchased directly through Palmworks are available for resizing.

I will provide a full refund for any faulty item. If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me directly - quoting your order number - and I will be in touch.
